UPDATE!
Hi Everyone! I am so happy that my new website is finished, it has taken some time but I think it has turned out well. I am in the process of finishing my debut solo album, there are some examples of a few of my tracks in the music section to the right. I am working on my 1st music video which is really exciting! I am also writing for another couple of artists one being my brother Adam Strong, his recording of 'Stolen Moments' is now in the site.. feel free to have a listen! I have now been a resident DJ at the famous Planet Hollywood at the Haymarket in London for 6 months and I love it, the atmosphere and food is great. Its a really good day or night out. I still have a few other projects in the pipeline as per usual but as they unfold I will keep you posted! The highlight of my summer so far was my trip to the Maldives with my best friend Riccardo Cultrera. It really was what the Doctor ordered! We stayed in the fabulous Four Seasons resort and travelled business class which was an experience never to be forgotten. Its my birthday next week so I am making party plans to celebrate, very exciting!

Back Online
Soniastrong.com is finally back online! It has been down for awhile due to technical problems. I have just hosted the show 'The Distance we have come' - the music of Scott Alan at the New players theatre in Londons west end. The show was produced by Damson Productions which is mine and my brother Adams company. The show was huge success and we had a very talented of musical theatre performers singing Scotts music, including the west ends leading lady Gina Beck who is currently playing Christine in the Phantom of the Opera. I am in the process of writing an article for Scratch magazine and I have just started writing a documentary on the nail industry. I am back in the studio recording new material so keep checking for updates. :-) Sonia x

Writing soundtracks
Sorry its been awhile since I updated.. My work has took an interesting turn lately. I have been writing soundtracks for TV/Film.. Finishing off my 1st solo album and I got a part in a Brand New Action drama, more details to follow.SSx

Site Update
Check out the multimedia section, i have put my mini advert on to watch. I am doing a yoga advert in Barbados at the end of the month and going to London to meet the Rnb girlband I am writing song lyrics for their new album. Back in the studio...
I know its been a little while since I updated the news page but I have been very busy and travelling alot. My band CAINED are back in the studio with a new drummer and bassist, I am doing lead vocal sthi stime which is easier as I write the lyrics!! I have started up my own hair extensions company supplying top quality 100human hair to the hair industry the company is called SOUL SILK so watch out for the new website that is coming soon. I have been doing alot of art, and writing music for artists. I am planning on studying an MA in Acting in September this year in London, which will involve relocating which might be easier than commuting backwards and forwards! I am still partying hard and attending concerts!! Lnl Son x x

Wire in the Blood
I have been a busy little bee this year, i'm knackered!! I have just been a supporting artist in the ITV drama Wire in the Blood, I was a police women. The uniform was groovy! I have an Ann Summers lingerie photoshoot coming up and a film...more on this to follow.

'Sonia Strong is a Singer/Songwriter and Recording Artist from the North East of England, currently based in London. She has been writing music for 10 years and has recorded her debut Solo album, 'Terms & Conditions'.
She has a catalogue of material covering all genres, for bands and solo artists and has written for soundtracks for film. She has worked with many musicians/lyricists/composers/rappers & producers and always welcomes new projects. Sonia is working on her 2nd album for release and on her 1st music video.
Sonia is always open to discussion regarding the purchase or arrangement of many of her tracks and she also works from scratch after being approached with a concept for any project/vocal range and style'.
